Track email campaign results for Constant Contact* from within IntelliPad
* IntelliPad also integrates in a similar way with both Act-On and Emma.
After the campaign is sent from Constant Contact, the “Sent” number is updated and the caption becomes a clickable link to open the log of contact details. As responses are received in CC, they are automatically downloaded to IntelliPad, updating the “Bounces”, “OptOuts” etc. numbers and making those captions clickable links to open logs of contact details—as shown in the second image (truncated).

IntelliPad provides access to these feedback details for each campaign, showing the Sent, Open, Bounce, Opt-Out, and Forward statistics. Each response type has its own log of contacts. For emails Bounced due to invalid email address, the address can be changed in the contact record; Opt-Outs are automatically updated so that these contacts will not receive any emails in the future.
As the campaign feedback details are in IntelliPad tables, they are available in View definitions. Each firm can create analytical reports about their Constant Contact, or other provider, email campaigns. For example: In the most recent campaign, who were the Opt-Out contacts, what were their reasons, and who is the Primary Attorney for each of them?
