Attorney access to firm-wide shared contacts on mobile devices

While travelling, it would be convenient for attorneys to be able to see all local firm contacts in a city (see City Search…). It would also be convenient to use their cell phones to find contacts by name or company name, to call or send email with a single click, to see a map of a contact’s location, see event or webinar attendance, or to check with another firm attorney by phone or email for a question about a contact.

The optional IntelliPad Mobile phone access fulfils all of these requirements and more. It does not require an application installation and works on both Android and iPhones, utilizes Windows Authentication, and is fully audited as are all other accesses to the IntelliPad CRM database.  The ability to capture changes to existing contacts and add new contacts from mobile phones is included with IntelliPad.

Can the CRM provide access to Outlook contacts via smart phone?
Yes. The IntelliPad CRM Mobile App provides access to Outlook contacts from both iPhone and Android devices. Attorneys can search for contacts by name, company, or phone, and view all resulting contact information including companies, mailing list and event participation and history, linked attorneys, completed and open activities, and custom field values if any. One click email, to the contact or a linked attorney, is available. The Google map, and street view, are available from the address. Contacts can be downloaded, if not currently in the attorney’s Outlook folder.
