Release 188.8.131.52 Major enhancements include: The ability to link contacts to multiple clients in the accounting database, and to have Implied Consent Status expire and be changed automatically based on the last invoice date of a contact’s linked client. Other enhancements involve Contact Link, Contact and Mail Actions Imports, Events, Views, Logs, and custom RSVP landing pages.
Release 184.108.40.206 There are two major new features: Email Consent Type and Auto Reply Email. The Email Consent Type enables firms to keep track of each person’s consent to receive email, and to determine the Mail Type accordingly. This feature enables all firms to comply with both the Canadian and European email laws. The Auto Reply feature provides an automatically generated email, from the firm, to each person who RSVPs to an event invitation; for example, to confirm the RSVP and provide additional information. An “iCalendar” attachment can be included with the automatic email. New Site Settings provide the default values for both features.
Release 220.127.116.11 Major enhancements include: IntelliPad Marketing Automation Landing Pages, Mailing List Management, Linking of Contacts to Events and Lists, Contact Changes Review, Contact Link, and an updated Constant Contact integration. Support for the Emma® webmail service provider has been added.
Release 18.104.22.168 Major enhancements include: Sending of summarized emails to users, linking of users to contacts as “non-Outlook”, ability to define an unlimited number of custom fields for people, companies, events, tasks, and users, searching by Categories in ContactLink, and making IntelliViews available in ContactLink.
Release 22.214.171.124 Major enhancements include: The ability to link contacts to multiple events and mailing lists in one pass, and the ability to link all an attorney’s contacts to an event or list (ContactLink), optional requirement to link one event, mailing list, or both for all new contacts (Outlook), IntelliPad access to managing the contact links for a selected event or list, separate schedules for the release of emails to the administrator and to attorneys/assistants, and optional automatic regularly scheduled import of contact and/or mail actions information. This release also provided many client-requested changes and additions to existing functionality.
Releases 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52, and 184.108.40.206 were provided over the course of 2014. Major enhancements include: IntelliPad form updated for Outlook 2013, the ability to use any webmail service provider for email campaigns, addition of contact data fields for firms required to show permission from contacts to send them emails or mailings, new “Mail Actions Import” functionality for import of mail-related data, and one-click access to the Google map of the address from within the contact or company detail popup window (in both ContactLink and IntelliPad Mobile). These releases also provided many client-requested changes and additions to existing functionality.
Release 220.127.116.11 is described in this newsletter along with enhancements that have been provided over the past year. The new features and enhancements include: Constant Contact Email Integration which includes automated email response tracking, IntelliPad Mobile Access for smartphone and tablet access (with security) to shared contacts, Business Development for management of recurring communication for key contacts, IntelliMap for Outlook Contacts upgraded to include Driving Instructions and Google News, Automated User Setup from an Import Table, upgrades for Outlook and Exchange 2013 and over 30 other enhancements.
Release 18.104.22.168 delivers a range of new controls for the management of contact-specific mailing preferences, increased visibility for professionals when deciding about event and mailing list participation for their own contacts, and a series of administrative features to increase efficiency for the marketing and IT staff. Between major releases, smaller releases were provided to address specific customer issues and requirements.
Release 22.214.171.124 delivers significant improvements in many areas. A new Outlook Add-In version of the Contact form is now offered, as well as many other features summarized in this November 2011 newsletter. During the interim period, smaller releases were provided to address specific issues and requirements.
Release 126.96.36.199 includes new features to allow attorneys to add personal comments to email and track activities related to individual contact. Administrative control over any database duplications is significantly enhanced with features that find and facilitate the correction for both companies and people – even though the application has a rich set of features to avoid this from happening in the first place.
