January 2016

Release 6.5.0.1 was provided in fall of 2015, and the major enhancements are described in this newsletter. This includes: The ability to link contacts to multiple events and mailing lists in one pass, and the ability to link all an attorney’s contacts to an event or list (ContactLink), optional requirement to link one event, mailing list, or both for all new contacts (Outlook), IntelliPad access to managing the contact links for a selected event or list, separate schedules for the release of emails to the administrator and to attorneys/assistants, and optional automatic regularly scheduled import of contact and/or mail actions information. This release also provided many client-requested changes and additions to existing functionality.

January 2015

Releases 6.4.0.1, 6.4.1.1, and 6.4.1.2 were provided over the course of 2014, and the major enhancements are described in this newsletter. These include: IntelliPad form updated for Outlook 2013, the ability to use any webmail service provider for email campaigns, addition of contact data fields for firms required to show permission from contacts to send them emails or mailings, new “Mail Actions Import” functionality for import of mail-related data, and one-click access to the Google map of the address from within the contact or company detail popup window (in both ContactLink and IntelliPad Mobile). These releases also provided many client-requested changes and additions to existing functionality.

Release 6.3.0.3 is described in this newsletter along with enhancements that have been provided over that past year. The new features and enhancements include: Constant Contact Email Integration which includes automated email response tracking, IntelliPad Mobile Access for smartphone and tablet access (with security) to shared contacts, Business Development for management of recurring communication for key contacts, IntelliMap for Outlook Contacts upgraded to include Driving Instructions and Google News, Automated User Setup from an Import Table, upgrades for Outlook and Exchange 2013 and over 30 other enhancements.

Release 6.2.0.1 has taken over a year of development work and delivers a range of new controls for the management of contact-specific mailing preferences, increased visibility for professionals when deciding about event and mailing list participation for their own contacts, and a series of administrative features to increase efficiency for the marketing and IT staff. Release 6.0.1.1 is the largest release in IntelliPad development history. It has taken over a year of development work and delivers significant improvements in many areas. A new Outlook Add-In version of the Contact form is now offered, as well as many other features summarized in this November 2011 newsletter. Release 5.0.4.1 includes new features to allow attorneys to add personal comments to email and track activities related to individual contact. Administrative control over any database duplications is significantly enhanced with features that find and facilitate the correction for both companies and people – even though the application has a rich set of features to avoid this from happening in the first place.
