Create and internally publish your own help document for Outlook users

The purpose of this Help document, available from the main page of the Outlook contact, could be for data quality as shown in the example. Or, it could be a statement from the Executive Committee as to why sharing contact information is so important for the firm.

Because creating a Word document and saving it as a PDF document is so easy, other included features are also available, such as: providing email or text message links for end-users to ask CRM questions, or creating an index with internal links to desired pages.
